Place it in His hands

Overwhelmed and exhausted I was having continual side conversations with God about many difficult things -

I heard Him say

"place it in my hands"... I said, im not ready for you to take it yet... He said, "no, put it in my hands so we can look at it together - you can live when you rest it here, with me. We can look at it together, whenever you choose, as many times as you choose - but you need to LIVE."

I revisit things, but have found I revisit them less when they're held in his hands.

God has not removed the stresses of life, but He has given me a way to look at them one by one with Him. When His hands close, I know its not to take a pressure, but rather hold it / go to work on it without my limited ability to solve it / or move it. It takes trust, and awareness.
